Vertically mounted, single wall, shaft driven, flow casing type pump with internal thrust bearing and discharge through a riser in accordance with API 610/ISO 13709 (VS1). Available in single and multistage configurations with single or double suction first stage.

优势(Advantages):

1. The pump head is designed and welded according to ASME standards. It meets the requirements for nozzle loads specified by API. The suction area is designed according to the outlet pressure.

2. Rectangular or round mounting plates can be easily adapted to various installation conditions.

3. Graphite guide bearings lubricated by the conveying medium have a smaller bearing spacing than required by API 610, low vibration and reliable operation.

4. The oil-lubricated bearings built into the pump have a longer service life than required by API 610, which can reduce maintenance work and costs. There is no pump thrust acting on the bearings on the motor.

5. The seal chamber designed according to API 610 can be optionally equipped with a heating/cooling cover, and all mechanical seals in accordance with API 682 can be installed for special process requirements.

6. The suction characteristics of the 1st stage impeller are optimized, with low NPSH values and short structure. The inlet nozzle has guide ribs to form a small vortex during operation.
