Robust, vertical, double-suction submersible axial flow pump in cantilever design with bearings outside the pumped medium. The double-suction design of the pump enables residue-free conveying of high concentrations of solids. The wearing parts of the pump components in contact with the pumped medium (pump housing, impeller and plates/linings on the shaft side) are made of chilled cast iron with a high chromium content and are therefore particularly wear-resistant. Optimally suited for conveying media containing slightly abrasive solids. Particularly suitable for sludge (class 1-2).
