Discharge gate valve to ANSI/ASME, flanged, forged steel A105, Trim 8 (Stellite/13% chrome steel), with cover flange, external spindle threads and clevis, non-rotating spindle, integral wedge, graphite stuffing box, stainless steel/graphite sealing gasket, reduced passage.

Advantages:
1. The gland has a long service life and high functional reliability
2. The main shaft with a calendered shaft and a surface quality of 0.2 µm achieves lower friction, lower operating torques and better sealing.
3. The graphite gland with sealing rings enables higher pressure on the gland follower and prevents the intermediate graphite gland ring extrusion gap.
4. The self-aligning two-piece gland follower prevents deformation of the main shaft surface due to incorrect assembly.
5. Reliable sealing and longer service life
6. The armored housing sealing surface and the strong wedge-shaped sealing surface made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material are suitable for all corrosive and aggressive media.
7. The projection/groove connection between the housing and the upper part prevents the multi-chamber flat gasket from having inadmissibly high pressures on both sides. This results in a longer flat gasket service life and better sealing performance.
