Product name:Pressure independent combination valve
Product introduction:
Pressure-independent combination valve, consisting of a continuously adjustable flow regulator and a control valve for hydraulic balancing and for dynamic volume flow control with constant valve authority, with threaded connection (DN 10 - 50) and flange connection (DN 65 - 150). Digital scale for continuously variable setting of the volume flow setpoint directly on the valve, with mechanical locking function. With measuring connection for checking the pressure and the minimum pressure difference that exists. Available in various volume flow control ranges (LF/HF), threaded version from 43 to 8586 l/h, flange version from 4.4 to 160 m³/h. An actuator (M 30 x 1.5) can also be installed for the electrical control of another variable, e.g. room temperature control by adjusting the volume flow.
Application:
1. Hot water heating system
2. Air conditioning equipment
3. Cooling circuit
Advantages:
1. Universal suitability for heating and cooling systems through the use of suitable materials
2. Easy and fast commissioning due to pre-set volume flow
3. Constant volume flow due to mechanical volume flow control
4. Optional installation of actuators for flexible adjustment of the maximum volume flow
5. Secure pre-settings with locking function
6. Comprehensive control functions with a wide range of actuators (open/closed, 3-point, continuous, temperature-controlled)
7. Optimum system performance in full-load and part-load operation due to local areas with constant volume flow
8. Simple hydraulic balancing of older systems (e.g. single-pipe heating) due to pressure-independent volume flow control
